About me and my passion:

I'm italian, born and raised in Genoa. I chose this job because italian cousine is my strongest passion. I deeply love the variety of ingredients from my country, which shape its culture, society and traditions. Food is memory.

I also love discovering food and tradition from all over the world, exploring new ingredients and cooking techniques. Living in the Netherlands for the past 3 years has been a challenge because the culture is different. For the first time, I have cooked in an international environment, but i love discovering new ingredients and creating new dish. I'm always focused on the guests, every dish must be perfect and they must feel at home.

I am a freelance Chef available for events, catering, private dinners and fine dining.
